Requirement/Qualifications

Evergreen Protective Services employees are highly trained, dependable Security Officers/Special Police Officers. Unarmed Security Officers/Unarmed Special Police Officers must be 18 years of age and must posses at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Armed Security Officers/Armed Special Police Officer Must Be 21 years of age. We also have officers who are bilingual.

Our employees must pass extensive background checks. Background checks are conducted through the Maryland State Troopers, Virginia State Police and the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department.

Company employees must pass a drug test and commit themselves to randomiz testing as well. As a pre-employment requirement, officers are required to take and pass a medical examination .
