UPPER PERSONNEL

Gasby Ayoh, President

Mr. Ayoh is the driving force behind the steady growth of EPS from its inception to date. He brings over 15 years of practical, broad-based contract security expertise with a realistic understanding of domestic and national security issues to the business. He is characterized as a visionary, strategist and tactician. He is a member of ASIS International, PSP (Board Physical Security Professional), member, BOMA International, member Prince George's Chamber of Commerce,member, National Rifle Association of America and a certified Private Investigator and an NRA Instructor.

Gasby provides management leadership by implementing companies policies, oversee operations, planning and executing high-level corporate leadership initiatives, making high-stake decisions, attack complex security issues and provide expert advisory services. He will lead the company as it establishes itself as a quality security services provider in Maryland, Virginia, and the Metropolitan Washington DC area.

Gasby has extensive experience as a senior level executive in the private security and public safety industry.


Oluremi Ayoh, Executive V.P / C.F.O

Mrs. Ayoh is a member of Organization of Professional Accountants and an integrate part of the development of EPS. She is responsible for showing the financial position as well as the financial projection of the company. She plays a highly critical role in steering the company's direction. She exercise her tasks with care by keeping tracks of the company's internal control system as well as making sure that the organization continues practicing corporate governance in good manner.

She has a BS degree in Accounting and an MS in Business Administration along with many years of experience in the financial field. Her detailed analysis reports allow Evergreen to continue to grow by implementing cost cutting procedures. She is a tireless advocate for quality.


John Griffin, Director of Business Development

Mr. Griffin is responsible for the operations and marketing development of EPS.

In 2006, John Griffin was Operations Manager for A&D Security Consultants in Temple Hills, MD. He was responsible for strategic marketing implementation, contract negotiations, proposals, and supervisory training. In 2008, Mr. Griffin joined Evergreen Protective Services in Greenbelt, MD, as business development and operations manager. He was responsible for business development, management, supervisor training, critical networking, strategic marketing, unemployment hearings, and quality assurance. Known as the decisive team player, Mr. Griffin has achieved the ultimate goal in armed and unarmed guard services – maintain an excellent safety record. Major Griffin received his Business Management Degree from Taft College in Taft, California and continued his education at Arizona State University in Global Business.


Gerald McMillan, Project Manager

Captain McMillan is an eight-year veteran of the Washington Metropolitan Police Department. During his tenure, he received several Commendations for exemplary service and worked on several undercover assignments. He was assigned to the 6th District for the duration of his time on the police force.

Mr. McMillan also did a tour of duty in the US Navy. He was the Recruit Chief Petty Officer for his company. He led 76 men to graduation from recruit training, earned the honor of a rank promotion, and was sent for specialized training to serve aboard US Naval Aircraft Carriers.

Gerald McMillan’s police and military background provide him with unquestionable experience in the art of investigations and security. The skills that he has acquired have afforded him with a meticulous eye for detail, accuracy and excellence. He has been trained in combat procedures, firearm safety, first aid, and various investigative and security techniques. Mr. McMillan has provided executive protection for International, National and Local Government Dignitaries, entertainers and professional athletes. Through training and experience, Mr. McMillan possesses the expertise to analyze situations and apply the most effective security measures for each individual situation with the maximum amount of protection and the minimum amount of risk.


Emanuel M. Wright, Quality Assurance Officer

Lieutenant Wright has been in the security industry the past 15 years. In 2002, while at NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD he was an armed supervisor with responsibilities consisting of traffic and radar detail, patrol, check points, vehicle searches, and the enforcement of NASA rules. As an experienced security officer, Lt. Wright was an armed private detective, Maryland Special Police Officer, Special Services Task Force Security Officer, Washington, DC Special Police Officer, Loss Prevention Officer, Bail Fugitive Enforcement Special Agent, and Security Police Officer with Top Secret Clearance. He holds multiple certifications and accomplishments: MD Fire Marshal Fireworks Shooter’s Certificate, M26 Advance Taser and Taser X26, Aerosol Weapons OC Training Course, Baton (MEB), Monadock Defense Tactics System (MDTS) Basic Course, and Tunnel Evacuation Training. As Evergreen Protective Services quality assurance officers, he assures our clients are receiving the type of quality services we stand by.


Jeff A. Gibson, Site Supervisor

Lieutenant Gibson attended Long Beach City College in California and Alabama A&M University; both on Track & Field scholarships and became an All-American ranked track athlete in 1993. Mr. Gibson then enlisted in the military for a total of 8 years active duty, where he served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Infantry field, including 3 years experience as a Marine Security Guard with a Marine Security Task Force. Lt. Gibson decided to end his term of enlistment and pursue a career in Law Enforcement which gave him great pleasure and experience to protect and serve communities through out Prince Georges County as a Maryland certified Police Officer.

Mr. Gibson’s extensive training and field experience also includes holding a Maryland Special Police Commission with a private security housing authority agency, where he held a Supervisor position which gave him the opportunity to return to the field in which to serve Prince George County including Baltimore to prevent, respond, protect and serve with integrity and enthusiasm.


Derrick Coley Sr., Site Supervisor

Lieutenant Coley attended University of the District of Columbia and University of Phoenix and received his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. He has been working in the security field since 1996. At George Washington University he patrolled, detained and arrested criminal offenders. While at the DC Public Library and DC General Hospital, he was responsible for the protection of staff, and visitors. As a correctional officer at the DC Department of Corrections, his responsibilities consist of control and surveillance of small inmate work squads, instructed inmates on institutional rules and regulations, as well as counseled inmates to resolve minor issues. Today, Lt. Coley works as a Special Police Officer, Detective, and Maryland State approved armed officer with Evergreen Protective Services. He conducts investigations and enforces the laws of the District of Columbia and the State of Mayland.
