He is the Owner and CEO of Complete Skycap Services, Inc. and Total Aviation Services, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona, providing exemplary customer service to airlines and the traveling public of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport for over thirty (30) years.
Today this firm employs over 200 persons and provides security and services for major airlines, including Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, etc. and Professional Sports teams, including The Phoenix Suns, The Arizona Diamondbacks, The Arizona Cardinals, etc.
John M. Griffin
Vice President of Operations
Before joining Evergreen, John Griffin was Operations Manager for A&D Security Consultants in Temple Hills, MD. He was responsible for strategic marketing implementation, contract negotiations, proposals, and supervisory training.
Mr. Griffin brings his managerial experience from Phoenix AZ, as a custom home builder, working for PCHANGE Development.
John received his Business Management Degree from Taft College in Taft, California and continued his education at Arizona State University in Global Business.
Gerald McMillan
Director of Field Operations
Mr. McMillan is an eight-year veteran of the Washington Metropolitan Police Department. During his tenure, he received several Commendations for exemplary service and worked on several undercover assignments.
Mr. McMillan also did a tour of duty in the US Navy. He was the Recruit Chief Petty Officer for his company. He received rapid promotions while in the Navy because of his adherence to rules and regulations and knowledge of military procedures. Mr. McMillan also earned the honor of a rank promotion and was sent for specialized training to serve aboard US Naval Aircraft Carriers after his graduation from recruit training. Mr. McMillan was honorably discharged from the Navy after 3 years at the rank of E4.
Mr. McMillan’s police and military background provide him with unquestionable experience in the art of investigations and security. The skills that he has acquired have afforded him with a meticulous eye for detail, accuracy and excellence. Mr. McMillan has been trained in combat procedures, firearm safety, first aid, and various investigative and security techniques.

Remy Ayoh, Co-founder of Evergreen Protective Services, and a member, Prince George's Chamber of Commerce., has over 8 years management experience. She holds Master in Business Administration and Accounting.
Remy has experience in business management from strategic and financial planning to building management team and leadership development.
Max Sarpong
GSA Specialist
Mr. Sarpong is responsible for monitoring Evergreen's GSA Schedule contract. He has over 5 years of experience serving as an 1102 contract specialist supporting DHS and GSA contracting. He performed a variety of functions including analyzing purchase orders, drafting solicitations (RFP/RFQ), reviewing bids, selecting vendors, and negotiation of terms, conditions and pricing. His business experience includes planning, business development, proposal development, marketing, and forming teaming arrangements.
Mr. Sarpong holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Hampton University
